purchase, enclose your payment and mail it to our address below. We will send your e-books on CD-ROM. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. You may also use our pay-by-check option to receive your e-book as
an email attachment. Once we receive your payment in the mail, we will send your e-books to the email address you provide on this form.
Our servers are secured with SSL encryption technology to protect your credit card transactions. However, we understand some customers may still be hesitant about submitting credit card information over the
