ArtemisPress Privacy Policy Statement

ArtemisPress.com, a division of SRS Internet Publishing (a California company) has created this privacy policy statement to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy and
privacy-related concerns. This statement discloses our information gathering, use and dissemination practices. For the purposes of this statement, ArtemisPress.com and SRS Internet Publishing
are to be considered a single entity. Information provided to ArtemisPress.com is automatically provided to SRS Internet Publishing. The latter adheres to a privacy policy similar to this one.
ArtemisPress feels very strongly that private information should remain private. For this reason, we will never willfully disclose personally identifiable information
about our users to any third party. We do not collect personal information -- names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, credit card numbers -- about you unless you specifically provide such
information on a voluntary basis; for instance, when you (1) purchase products or services from the ArtemisPress.com website, or (2) provide ArtemisPress with information in connection with a site
registration and/or membership.
ArtemisPress performs statistical analysis of visitors' website usage in order to measure interest in, and use of, the various areas of our site. We may share that
information with current and prospective advertisers, and other interested third parties. This information, however, is aggregated data only (statistics, demographics, etc.) and contains no
personally identifiable information whatsoever.
Our registration and membership forms require users to provide contact information and demographic information. However, registration on ArtemisPress.com and
membership in the ArtemisPress.com eBook Club is completely optional. The information collected in these forms is used to send members information about ArtemisPress, new ebook releases and special
promotions; members may opt-out of receiving this information by sending an email to artemispress@herspace.com.
Personal information, including credit card, checking account and billing information, is collected when customers purchase products or services on the ArtemisPress.com
website. This information is used to bill customers for goods and services. Only we and our credit card processors, EFT Secure and PayPal, have access to your personal financial
information, and the information is only for the purpose of billing transactions. We do not store financial information on our web servers.

ArtemisPress does not place cookies on visitors' computers. "Cookies" are small lines of data stored on the user's hard drive that many websites utilize to recognize
and keep track of repeat users and deliver content specific to a user's interests. Our credit card processors, EFT Secure and PayPal, utilize a cookie to store the contents of your shopping cart
during a shopping session. This session-only cookie terminates once your have completed your transaction. Some of our banner advertisers may utilize cookies, but this aggregate information
contains no personally identifiable information and is used for tracking click-through statistics.
From time to time, we conduct surveys and contests on the ArtemisPress.com website, during which we ask visitors for contact information (such as email address) and
demographic information (such as zip code and age). These surveys and contests are always optional. We use such contact data to send the user information about our company and to contact the

The ArtemisPress.com website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving information from us and from our partners, affiliates and advertisers at the point where we request
information about the visitor. To change or modify information previously provided, users may send an email requesting such to artemispress@herspace.com.
ArtemisPress.com reserves the right to cooperate fully with local, state and federal law enforcement officials in any investigation relating to any purported unlawful
activities of any user. We also cooperate with all third parties to enforce their intellectual property rights.
